Pajaro Valley Unified School District is a Dept of Justice-Approved
Live Scan Fingerprinting Provider
Live Scan fingerprinting is by appointment-only.
Fingerprinting is offered to PVUSD employees and authorized volunteers only.
PVUSD Volunteers must be pre-authorized by the school site before a fingerprinting appointment
may be scheduled. Please contact the school office staff for more information.
Volunteer Fingerprinting & Approval Process:
1. Volunteer Service Request Form must be completed & signed by Principal or Site Administration
2. School office staff will provide the online link to make a Live Scan appointment
3. Volunteer comes to the Human Resources Department to be fingerprinted.
4. For the Live Scan appointment, please bring: Valid Photo ID, completed & approved Volunteer Request form, proof of negative TB test or TB Risk Assessment. School site staff can provide a voucher for a free TB test if necessary.
ATTENTION: Do not enter any live scan facility if you have any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, trouble breathing, etc.), are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or have been advised to self-quarantine.
